Booking Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent upon completing your reservation. Please present this email at check-in.
Deposit Requirements:
A deposit of 20 may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a charge of 50% of the total stay.
Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-in begins at 8am, Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.
Check-out is by 7:30am. Late check-out requests are subject to availability
Identification Requirement:
Valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) is required at check-in.
Payment :
Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Conduct Policies
uests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and other guests. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be added to the guest’s bill. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests
